Google releases Android Device Manager app onto Google Play

Google have officially released the Android Device Manager app onto Google Play.

Android Device Manager App

Previously, the tracking service was available only via a web interface, now you can use the app for the same.

Features of the app:

  • Locate Android devices associated with your  account on a map.
  • Ring your device.
  • Lock your device.
  • Reset your devices screen lock PIN.
  • Remotely wipe all data on the phone.

Download the Android Device Manager app for free from Google Play.

While this app would be completely useless if you have only one device & you lost it, people who own multiple Android devices will certainly find it handy.
