iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G with Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 launched in India

The iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G has been launched in India. The phone is a rebranded version of the iQOO Neo7 Racing.

iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G launched in India

The device sports a 6.78-inches AMOLED Full HD+ display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels and a 120Hz Refresh Rate. The screen has a 20:9 Aspect Ratio, and is home to an in-display fingerprint scanner.

It runs on FuntouchOS 13 based on Android 13, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 8+ Gen 1 5G octa-core processor. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G also has an independent gaming chip that boosts the frame rates in games by up to 120 FPS using Game Frame Interpolation. It can also sharpen the display with Game Display Enhancement, and reduces power consumption by up to 14.2%. The phone has an Adreno 730 GPU, with 8 GB /12 GB of LPDDR5 RAM, and 128 GB / 256 GB of UFS 3.1 storage. The device has a cooling system to keep thermal levels in check while gaming.

The main camera array on the rear panel of the iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G has 3 lenses consisting of a 50 megapixels Samsung GN5 sensor with an f/1.79 aperture, that supports Optical Image Stabilization (OIS), an 8 megapixels ultra-wide angle lens and a 2 megapixels macro sensor. The selfie camera on the front is a 16 megapixels snapper with an f/2.45 aperture.

Connectivity-wise, the mobile supports dual SIM cards, 5G and 4G mobile networks with the following bands: 5G NSA n1/n3/n77/n78, 5G SA n1/n3/n5/n8/n28A/n40/n77/n78. The handset also supports Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.2, GPS / GLONASS / GALILEO / BeiDou / NavIC / GNSS / and QZSS location services.

The iQOO Neo 7 Pro packs a 5000mAh battery that supports 120W FlashCharge via a USB Type-C port. The fast charging technology can top up the battery to 50% in 8 minutes. Sensors on the phone include an accelerometer, an ambient light sensor, a proximity sensor, an e-compass, an in-display fingerprint sensor, and a gyroscope sensor. The iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G has dual Stereo Speakers, but does not have a 3.5mm headphone jack. The device measures 164.81 x 76.90 x 8.85 mm, and weighs 194.5g.

iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G price in India

The iQOO Neo 7 Pro 5G price starts Rs. 34,999 in India for the 8 GB / 128 GB model, while the 12 GB / 256 GB trim carries a price tag of Rs. 37,999. The phone will be available for purchase at Amazon and iQOO.com stores from July 15th.
