Moto G52 with Snapdragon 680, 90Hz AMOLED launched in India

Motorola has announced the Moto G52 in India. Let’s find out more about the 4G smartphone that debuted in Europe.

The handset sports a 6.6-inches Full HD+ AMOLED display with a resolution of 2400 x 1080 pixels, 90 Hz refresh rate, a pixel density if 402 PPI, 87.70% Screen To Body, and a 20:9 Aspect Ratio. The phone runs on Android 12 with MyUX out of the box, and is powered by a Qualcomm Snapdragon 680 octa-core processor clocked at 2.4GHz, with an Adreno 610 GPU @ 950MHz. The Moto G52 has 4GB/6GB of RAM, 64GB/128GB of built-in storage, and supports up to 1TB of additional memory via a microSD card slot.

The main camera array on the rear comprises triple lenses with a 50 megapixels f/1.8 sensor, an 8MP f/2.2 ultra-wide angle/depth sensor, and a 2MP f/2.4 macro sensor with an LED Flash. The selfie lens on the front is a 16MP, f/2.45 aperture sensor. Connectivity-wise, the Moto G52 supports Dual SIM cards for 4G LTE networks, Bluetooth 5.0, NFC, Wifi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, 2,4 GHz&5 GHz, GPS,A-GPS, LTEPP, SUPL, GLONASS, Galileo, and NFC.

Motorola has fitted the Moto G52 with a 5,000 mAh battery that supports 30W fast charging via aUSB Type-C port. In the audio department, it has Dual Stereo Speakers and a 3.5mm Headphone Jack.

Sensors on the phone includes a side-mounted fingerprint scanner, a distance sensor, an ambient light sensor, an accelerometer, a gyroscope, an SAR sensor, and a magnetometer (e-compass). The mobile weighs 169g, and measures 160.98 x 74.46 x 7.99 mm in dimensions.

Moto G52 price in India

Motorola has priced the 4GB/64GB trim of the Moto G52 at Rs. 14,499 in India. The 6GB/128GB variant costs Rs. 16,499. The phone will be available for purchase on 3rd May via Flipkart and retail outlets. The device comes in 2 colours: Charcoal Grey and Porcelain White.

Buyers can avail an instant discount of Rs. 1000 while purchasing the mobile using a HDFC Bank Credit Card or EMI transaction. That brings down the Moto G52 price to Rs. 13,499.
