Key Samsung Galaxy S21 specs have been leaked alongside that of the Galaxy S21+ and Galaxy S21 Ultra. Here’s what we know about the upcoming flagship phones.

Samsung Galaxy S21 specs

Let’s start with the regular model. The above image from an earlier leak is allegedly accurate.

Samsung Galaxy S21

The Samsung Galaxy S21 specs sheet confirms that the handset sports a 6.2-inch Full HD+ LTPS display with a 120Hz refresh rate. The phone features triple main cameras with a 12MP ultra-wide angle lens, a 12MP primary lens, and a 64MP telephoto lens. The device is backed by a 4,000 mAh battery. The Galaxy S21 will reportedly be available in 4 colours: Phantom Violet, Phantom Pink, Phantom Gray and Phantom White.

Samsung Galaxy S21 specs

  • Display: 6.2-inch FHD+ LTPS, 120hz
  • Operating System: One UI 3.1 based on Android 11
  • Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 or Exynos 2100
  • Main Cameras: 12MP Ultra wide + 12MP primary + 64MP Telephoto lens
  • Battery: 4,000 mAh
  • Connectivity: 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1
  • Colors: Phantom Violet, Phantom Pink, Phantom Gray and Phantom White

Samsung Galaxy S21+

The Samsung Galaxy S21+ is equipped with a 6.7-inch Full HD+ LTPS panel with 120hz refresh rate, and is backed by a 4,800 mAh battery. It will be available in Phantom Silver, Phantom Black and Phantom Violet colourways.

  • Display: 6.7-inch FHD+ LTPS, 120hz
  • One UI 3.1 based on Android 11
  • Processor: Qualcomm Snapdragon 875 or Exynos 2100
  • Main Cameras: 12MP Ultra wide + 12MP primary + 64MP Telephoto lens
  • Battery: 4,800 mAh
  • Connectivity: 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1
  • Colors: Phantom Silver, Phantom Black and Phantom Violet

Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra

The Samsung Galaxy S21 Ultra is where things differ quite a bit. The phone features a 6.8-inch WQHD+ LTPO display with a 1-120hz adaptive refresh rate. The phone has quad cameras comprising a 12MP Ultra-wide angle lens, a 108MP primary, Gen 2 lens, a 2X Optical 10MP sensor, and a 10X Optical 10MP sensor. The handset is backed by a 5,000 mAh battery.

It appears that the South Korean company is finally ditching QHD in favour of 1080p panels for the S21 and S21+. In what seems to be another strange move, the Samsung Galaxy S21 has a plastic cover as opposed to a Glass back on the S21 Ultra. All three devices run on One UI 3.0 based on Android 11, and will be powered by a Qualcomm Snadragon 875 processor in North America, and Exynos 2100 in the rest of the world. Apparently the new Exynos chipset will be on par, if not better than the Snapdragon SoC in terms of performance, and has better power-efficiency than prior gen CPUs.

The Samsung Galaxy S21 specs sheet leaked by Android Police says that the 3 phones will support 5G mobile networks, Wi-Fi 6 and Bluetooth 5.1. The phone will be available in Phantom Black and Phantom Silver colour options.

  • Connectivity: 5G, Wi-Fi 6, Bluetooth 5.1
