We are still a couple of months away from the Samsung Galaxy S11 launch. And the leaks have just started.

More accurately, the Galaxy S11 sizes and colours have been leaked.

As per a Tweet by Evleaks, the device will be available in 3 screen sizes: a 6.2 (or 6.4) inch variant, a 6.7-inch model and a 6.9-inch version. The latter will be a 5G exclusive device (which will support LTE), while the other two variants will support 5G and LTE options.
All three Samsung Galaxy S11 sizes will feature curved-edge displays, so no more flat screen phones like the Galaxy S10e.

That being said, a Galaxy S11e does exist according to MySmartPrice and Ishan Agarwal. The phone will come in three colours: Blue, Grey, and Pink. The Samsung Galaxy S11 will be available in Black, Blue and Grey colours.
The report also hints that Lite versions of the 2019 flagship phones will be released in the future. The Galaxy Note 10 Lite may come in Black, Red and Silver. The Galaxy S10 Lite on the other hand will be available in 3 shades: Black, Blue, and White.
The phones will be launched in Q1, 2020, sometime in mid-to-late February. The devices are said to feature the newly announced 108MP cameras, and bigger batteries. We can safely expect an Exynos 990 (9830) and a Snapdragon (probably the upcoming Snapdragon 865) variant for the rest of the world and the US respectively.
