The Xiaomi Mi CC9 series has been launched in China. The new series which we saw in prior leaks, comprises of 3 devices: Mi CC9, Mi CC9e and the Mi CC9 Meitu Edition.
The Mi CC9 sports a 6.39-inches FullHD+ AMOLED display made by Samsung. It has a water-drop notch, and an In-display fingerprint scanner. The screen supports 103.8% NTSC Color Gamut, 60000:1 contrast ratio, and 430 nits brightness, and has a pixel density of 403 PPI.
The phone runs on MIUI 10 based on Android 9 Pie with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 710 processor clocked at 2.2GHz, with 6GB of RAM, and comes in 64GB/128GB variants. There is a microSD card slot which is part of the hybrid Dual SIM card tray, that supports up to 256GB of additional storage.
The front camera embedded in the notch is a 32MP selfie camera, with an f/2.0 aperture, that supports Face Unlock. In the primary optics department, the Xiaomi Mi CC9 features a 48MP Sony primary camera with an f/1.79 aperture and 0.8μm pixel size, an 8MP ultra wide-angle lens, and a 2MP depth sensor with an LED Flash. The cameras are capable of 4K video recording and 960fps slo-mo video capture.
The Mi CC9 is backed by a 4030 mAh battery, that supports 18W Quick Charging over a USB Type-C port. The phone has a 3.5mm headphone jack.

Xiaomi Mi CC9 Meitu Edition
The Xiaomi Mi CC9 Meitu Edition is identical to the CC9, except that it has 8GB of RAM, 256GB storage and a White gradient finish colour.
Xiaomi Mi CC9e
The Xiaomi Mi CC9e has similar specs except in terms of the processor, memory, and the display. The Mi CC9e is equipped with a 6.088-inches HD+ AMOLED screen also made by Samsung, but it supports 102.7% NTSC Color Gamut and 350 nits brightness.
The processor in the phone is a 2.0GHz Qualcomm Snapdragon 665 processor, with 4GB/6GB of RAM. The only other differences are that the Mi CC9e doesn’t support NFC, and is slightly smaller and weighs a bit less than the CC9.

The Xiaomi Mi CC9 6GB/64GB variant has been priced at RMB 1,799 (about Rs. 18,000) while the 6GB/128GB variant will cost RMB 1,999 (about Rs. 20,000).
The Xiaomi Mi CC9 Meitu Edition carries a price tag of RMB 2,599 (about Rs. 26,000).
The Xiaomi Mi CC9e price starts at RMB 1,299 (about Rs. 13,000) for the 4GB/64GB variant, while the 6GB/64GB model has a RMB 1,399 price tag (aboutRs. 14,000). The 6GB/128GB variant will retail for RMB 1,599 (about Rs. 16,000).
