ZTE Nubia is expected to launch a dual camera smartphone on March 21 in China. The company has teased about the dual camera phone through its social media channels in China and media invites are already out. The name of the upcoming dual smartphone is rumored to be Z17. Today, just few days ahead of official launch, a new smartphone from Nubia having dual smartphone setup is spotted on Chinese certification agency TENAA with a model number NX551J and we assume that this is the upcoming Nubia Z17 (provided the rumored name is true).
As per TENAA listing, Nubia Z17 NX551J sports a 5.5 inch OLED Full HD 1080p display, powered by 2.0 GHz Octa-core processor along with 4 GB of RAM. It comes with 64 GB of internal storage along with support for expandable memory via microsd card up to 128 GB and runs on Android 6.0.1 Marshmallow based operating system.
In terms of camera, it comes with a main rear camera with dual camera sensors of 13 megapixel and another 16 MP front shooter for selfies. The make of camera sensors is not known yet.
In terms of dimensions, it measures 154.57 x 76.02 x 7.3 (mm) and weighs 170 grams. It is backed by 3560 mAh battery. In terms of connectivity, it comes with support for 2G / 3G / 4G LTE along with VOLTE. It will be available in Gold and Black color options.
As the official launch is just a day away, we should wait for the official details about the name of the device and other details including pricing.
