A couple of weeks ago, Google began introducing its own App giveaways, called Free App of the Week.
It is doing so to compete with the likes of Apple’s Appstore, and the Amazon Appstore’s promos.
So far, the games that were given away were below par, but this week’s game is totally worth getting.
Monsters Ate My Birthday Cake, from Cartoon Network, is the new Free App of the Week on Google Play.

You only have until July 16th, to get the game for free, following which a new app will be given away.
If you do a regular search, the app will be displayed a s a paid one. You have to get the game using this special link on Google Play.
You can also get it from your Google Play Store App by navigating to Home > Games > New Family Fun > Free App of the Week.
