Samsung has unveiled its flagship smartphone cum phablet Note 3 in India. Note 3 will be available in India in retail stores starting September 25 at a MRP of Rs. 49,900. If you consider the global scene, this Indian Launch of Note 3 is quite early compared to earlier days. It is launched almost just after two weeks of its global launch.
Samsung Galaxy Note 3 comes with 5.7 inch full HD Super AMOLED Display, 13MP camera and powered by 1.9 GHz Quad + 1.3 GHz Quad-Core Processor running the latest version of Android 4.3 (Jelly Bean).
Note 3 is powered by a whopping 3GB RAM. In terms of camera, it comes with 13 megapixels main camera and a 2 MP front Camera . The device is now few millimeter thinner at 8.3mm and a bit lighter i.e 168g compared to Note 2. The device though was launched in two variants of 32 GB and 64 GB model skipping any 16 GB model, it seems that only 32 GB variant of Note 3 is launched in India. We were unable to find a reference to 64 GB model of Note 3 for India.
Price and availability
The device will be available in Indian retail stores starting September 25 at a MRP of Rs. 49,900, even though we believe that the Market price or the MOP will be much lesser of the order of ~Rs. 45,ooo.
