Vivo X9, X9 Plus confirmed to come with Sony IMX376 Sensors

Few days back, Vivo confirmed that Vivo X9 and X9 Plus phones will come with front dual cameras, followed by another confirmation which provided details on capacities of those cameras i.e. both the upcoming smartphones will come with 20 MP + 8 MP Front Dual Camera. The company was yet to announce the sensor details, which they have done now in the form of an official teaser which confirms that Vivo X9, X9 Plus will come with Sony IMX376 Sensors.

Based on rumors and leaks till date, Vivo X9 sports a full metal body, powered by Qualcomm’s latest octa-core processor Snapdragon 653 along with 4GB/6GB of RAM and 64GB of onboard storage. It incorporates a USB Type-C connector instead of micro USB port and a physical home button. At the moment, we do not have any details on how much battery is powering the devices.

Vivo X9 is the successor to Vivo X7 which sports a 5.2 inch full HD 1080p display powered by 1.8 GHz Snapdragon 652 processor with 4 GB RAM and 64 GB internal storage running Android 5.1 Lollipop based Funtouch OS. It features a 13MP main rear camera and a 16 MP front facing camera. It includes a fingerprint sensor and is backed by 3000 mAh battery.

Both the devices are expected to be launched on November 17th in Beijing, China which is two weeks away. Stay tuned at Androidpure and we will keep you updated.
