    Bad Phone and even worse customer service

    First they promise the phone within 4 days of ordering but it took 3 weeks. Then after a recent update, the phone microphone during calls stopped working. The y charged me $25 to get a replacement phone while I continue to hold onto my current phone. They promise again 4 day shipping service but it took 10 days. Finally the replacement version was locked to another user. Beware of buying from motorola.
